Terms & Conditions

  • All alcohol deliveries must be signed for by someone over 21 years of age.
  • At this time, all online orders are final and can't be changed since they are sent in real-time to our shipping partners in order to expedite delivery. 
  • Winery is not financially responsible for failed delivery attempts (signature requirement or incorrect address) unless carrier is liable due to negligence.
  • You will receive a tracking number for all wine shipments as well as the expected delivery date. Depending on your location, shipments will take 2 to 10 business days with the East Coast being 7-14 days.
  • Normally, carriers will attempt 3 deliveries before returning the shipment to the winery. While shelter-in-place is in effect, delivery to any business addresses will get one attempt with no follow-up if the business is perceived to be closed during the pandemic. Delivery for specific times of day can not be guaranteed.
  • All shipments are shipped ground through UPS unless other arrangements have been confirmed. Fed Ex and GSO are available upon request.
  • Delivery address changes can be made once your order is in transit for an additional fee.
  • Our goal is to minimize your shipping cost. We charge you the actual shipping cost that we incur from our shipper.
  • Online orders are strictly for shipping only. If you would like to pick up your wine locally, please call the winery at 707-433-1385 to place a phone order.
  • If any of your wines are flawed (for example, corked) or damaged during shipping (for example, leakage) not due to negligence in receipt, please call the winery immediately for replacement. For this reason, we ask that you open and inspect all wine deliveries in a timely manner as we do sell out of each vintage within the year.
