What is Sip-In-Place (SIP)?

Sip-In-Place is our new, temporary online tasting room in lieu of our traditional tasting room while we shelter-in-place during the pandemic.

 

How do I sign up for the mailing list?

You can join the mailing list by registering online.

 

Can I pick up my wine at the winery?

All online orders are for shipping only. If you would like to pick up your wine in-person, please call the winery at 707-433-1385 to place a phone order and we will happily set that up for you. We are practicing social distancing and offering contactless "handoff" via our winery parking lot.

 

Which charity is the winery supporting during the pandemic?

We are proud to announce that we are donating 5% of all proceeds from our Sip-In-Place online store to the Restaurant Employee Relief Fund to help restaurant industry employees that have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

Can I change my order once it's been placed?

At this time, all online orders are final since they are sent in real-time directly to our delivery team in order to expedite shipping.

 

How quickly are orders processed and shipped?

While it's true that some delays can be expected with shipping as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, we do our utmost to get orders out promptly. Processing may take up to five days and heat holds may also take effect (we don't deliver wine when a destination is experiencing exceptionally hot days); this is to ensure safe transport.
